From June 1 to December 1, 2023, the Eurasian Patent Office is holding the Eurasian Patent Universiade "Looking into the Future" (hereinafter referred to as the Universiade). The purpose of the Universiade is to popularize the Eurasian patent system and the activities of the Eurasian Patent Organization (hereinafter referred to as the EAPO), as well as to support gifted youth and increase their interest in intellectual property issues. Young and young inventors from 10 to 25 years old from the EAPO member states can become participants in the Universiade. Entries will be accepted until October 1, 2023. inclusive. After the deadline for accepting applications, specialists from the Eurasian Patent Office will conduct an examination of the declared projects and on December 1, 2023 will name the winners.
